I found the quality of staff and facilities to be exceptionally good at this hotel. Everyone was kind and friendly, as well as being helpful in a variety of ways. For me, it was a wonderful experience coming from Europe to spend a holiday with an Australian friend from Melbourne. In fact, if I were to return to Melbourne next year I would try to persuade my friend to go again to that same hotel. Over my lifetime I have stayed in a number of hotels but this one was in a class of its own. Please convey my best wishes to the staff.

 

A great room service is provided with quality meals offered for those who like to dine in.  We have charge back facilities with a number of clubs, pubs and restaurants for those who wish to dine out.
